The alter of ingredients and creative flow

A lantern made with a jaw of a porcupine, a full intact Squirrel skull, and various ingredients circling the perimeter of the lantern.

A handmade fairy bone yard, made with squirrel bones, real crystals such as aventurine, garnet, and red agate. The flowers are real dried flower heads that I glued to the base alongside black salt for energy protection. Real locally sourced rocks, mugwort for moss, and hysup twigs for an added natural look

Each bone is discovered naturally in the wild, never taken from living creatures. I walk with respect through forests, fields, and sacred spaces, finding what nature has already released.

Respectful Transport to Altar

When a bone is found, I offer gratitude to the spirit of the animal. Each piece is carefully wrapped and transported to my sacred altar space, where it will be honored and prepared for its new purpose.

Cleansing with Incense

Upon arrival at my altar, each bone is blessed with sacred incense smoke. This ritual cleansing honors the animal's spirit and prepares the bone for transformation, releasing any lingering energies and welcoming positive intention.

Crystal Energy Work

I surround each bone with carefully selected crystals, infusing it with positive energy and intention. This crystal work amplifies the natural beauty and spiritual essence of each piece, creating a harmonious energy signature.

Honoring Through Creation

The lanterns and bone yard installations are my way of paying homage to these departed animals. Each creation is a memorial, a celebration of life, and a testament to the beauty that remains even after death. These pieces honor the cycle of nature and the spirits who walked before us.
